At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
